Concrete Hose and Hose for Plaster, Grout, Gunite & Shotcrete

Unisource concrete hose is designed for use in the pumping of concrete. Our concrete hose has been used successfully on construction job sites throughout North America for many years. A specially compounded tube is highly resistant to abrasive materials. The heavy wall resists kinking and the tube/cover is static dissipating. Our textile reinforced hose is designed for use as a flexible connection between pumping equipment and hard piping. Meets ASME B30.27.2009 specifications. For handling wet concrete with high head pressures at the critical flex areas of a concrete boom truck and as a discharge hose on the delivery end of high-pressure concrete pumps. Meets ASME B30.27 2009 Specifications. Our wire reinforced hose is intended for handling wet concrete with high head pressures at the critical flex areas of a concrete boom truck and as a discharge hose on the delivery end of high-pressure concrete pumps. Also meets ASME B30.27 2009 Specifications.

Smaller diameter versions of our textile reinforced hose serves the high-pressure plaster and grout market. This hose has a working pressure of 1233 PSIG in all sizes, and a highly abrasion resistant rubber tube. Further, it will accommodate internally expanded or swaged fittings.

For gunite (a lower pressure, but highly abrasive) application we offer our Series 2305 hose with 1/4-inch thick tan gum rubber tube and textile reinforcing with static wire. This hose is also ideal for shotcrete applications.

Unisource concrete hose, plaster hose, grout hose and gunite hoses are sold through a select group of OEM’s and specialty distributors across North America. Contact Unisource for the location of a distributor near you.
