Vacuum Hose

Unisource vacuum hose is built for heavy-duty applications. Choose from economical PVC/rubber and PVC/polyurethane to completely rubber specs. PVC is used for the rigid helix, with the result being a light-weight, flexible hose–even in low temperatures. Food grade versions are also available. Our dry bulk material handling hoses have static-dissipating liners, allowing for continuous static discharge. These hoses utilize liners of polyurethane, and rubber blends. Can be used for dry material vacuum applications installed on cleaning trucks. Unisource vacuum hoses are ideal for vacuum recovery systems, transferring spent abrasive media and in auto loading in abrasive recycling systems. material hoses are intended for both in-plant and tank trailer applications. Applications:

Heavy duty abrasion resistant suction hose for vacuum trucks, or abrasives such as sand, crushed rock, pea gravel, cement powder, fly ash, dry fertilizer, iron ore, and grains. Good for either wet or dry applications.

Note: This hose was not designed for bulk handling such as the unloading of rail cars.

Note:

Over flexing or repeated flexing of hose within 18” of fitting is a common cause of hose failure. Installing a 12” to 14” section of our Banding Coil at the end of the hose should be considered. Unisource will not be responsible for damage to hose due to over flexing.
