Tube Trailer Hose

Tube trailer hose is used for the delivery of high-pressure gases, typically small molecule gases such as helium and hydrogen to tube trailers and tube storage skids. Unisource offers these hoses in all-welded style for zero-permeation in either stainless steel or Monel inner-core (for corrosive gases or oxygen). All-welded hoses combine a corrugated stainless steel or Monel liner, exterior stainless steel braids for pressure resistance, and welded on NPT fittings. For a smooth-bore, optimal-flow style hose, we offer our TSHP PTFE core style. This hose option will also be lighter in weight. Each hose assembly is tested to 1-1/2 times the rated working pressure. Hose assemblies can be cleaned and packaged to CGA G-4.1 guidelines.

Style TSHP is constructed with a smooth-bore PTFE liner for even product flow and low permeation. High density stainless steel braids provide the highest working pressure possible for tube trailer service. The optional stainless steel armor casing ensures safety by offering anti-kink characteristics and protecting the exterior braid from abrasion damage. Each assembly is tested to 1-1/2 times the MAWP. Style SF32HP All Stainless-Steel Tube Trailer Hose

Style SF32HP is an all-stainless steel, all-welded construction for zero permeation. Hose and end fittings are 316L stainless steel. The optional stainless steel armor casing adds protection and safety. Each assembly is tested to 1-1/2 times the MAWP. Branded with part number, size, MAWP, and month/year. Can be cleaned and packaged for oxygen service to CGA standards.

Style SF82 Monel Tube Trailer Hose

Style SF82 is a Monel hose designed for corrosive gas or oxygen applications. Rated for 2500 PSI MAWP. Monel corrugated hose, series 300 double braid and Monel end fittings. Optional armor casing is stainless steel. Each assembly is tested to 1-1/2 times the MAWP. Branded with part number, size, MAWP, and month/year.
