Hydraulic Jack Hose

Hydraulic jack hose is used for 10,000 PSI static pressure applications such as hydraulic lifting and hydrostatic testing. Often found in porta-power applications in body shops, fire departments, and other locations that use portable power units for a hydraulic jack. Meets Material Handling Institute Specification 1J-100 (July 1979) for hydraulic hose and assemblies and in jacking systems. Hydraulic jack hose carries a 10,000 PSIG working pressure and a 20,000 PSI burst pressure with an industry standard 2:1 safety factor. Static pressure applications allows for the lower safety factor. Permanent KW styles fittings are attached at the factory.
