Our lineup of hydraulic fittings include permanent crimp fittings particularly suited for our wire-reinforced hydraulic hose. Unisource permanent crimp fittings conform to the Bite-the-Wire design, promoting coupling retention. They are compatible on all four and six wire hydraulic hoses, thereby reducing inventory. All of our hydraulic fittings are manufactured of carbon steel (stainless steel offered in some styles) with Chromium-6 free plating. The result is an extremely corrosion-resistant fitting. In all fitting styles, our one-piece design reduces complexity and leakage path. UNISOURCE SERIES HW fittings are our cost-effective choice for hydraulic hoses including 4 and 6 wire.
SERIES KW is compatible on all wire-braid hydraulic hose.
Our PW SERIES fittings are specially constructed to be used for most four spiral hoses.
The SERIES RW fittings are our permanent crimp solution for 100R5 hose.
SERIES R5 are reusable fittings also for 100R5 hose for on-the-job replacement.
We offer our SERIES SB fittings as a somewhat ‘universal’ style fitting that are compatible on nearly all wire braid hydraulic hose.
For 100R4 suction-return line hose, we offer SERIES SH fittings.
Fittings for use on our “Polyflow” thermoplastic hydraulic hose, our SERIES SW fitting are the perfect answer and designed specifically for that hose construction.
To complete our fitting lineup are our SERIES TC/TS, made for Series 3014 (PTFE) hose.
